A 103-year-old woman was mugged Friday by another woman who knocked her to the floor in her Bronx apartment building and stole a shopping cart with meals she had just gotten from a community center, police said.

The attacker followed her victim into the elevator in the building on Bellamy Loop in Co-op City at about 2:30 p.m., cops said.

Once in the hallway, the thug knocked her down and took off with her cart, which contained two meals she’d just gotten from a community center and her purse containing money, credit cards and her ID.

The victim was examined by EMTs and declined medical attention.

Cops said the suspect is about 5-foot-8 and 250 pounds.
