The Brooklyn woman who swindled more than $80,000 from a Cobble Hill PTA may wind up in jail after all.

After Providence Hogan, 44, failed to make a $40,000 down-payment on her restitution, prosecutors yesterday asked Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Suzanne Mondo to order Hogan to trial.

Mondo gave Hogan until Oct. 3.
