Hold that delivery!

UPS driver Robinson Ovalle nearly had to paddle his packages to the doors yesterday after a fast-moving storm left his truck disabled in a Brooklyn flash flood.

He was stranded at 1 p.m. on Palmetto Street in Bushwick for more than an hour after a loosened manhole cover got lodged between his wheels.

“The water was raising up around me quick,” Ovalle said. “The cars were moving like boats!”

Yesterday’s storms caused train delays, uprooted trees and temporarily knocked out power to thousands.

More than 3,100 people lost power in Middle Village, Queens, where FDNY EMT Jimmy Guailacela and his partner, Marilyn Arroyo, rescued three elderly people from a Lexus on Cooper Avenue.

“We took out the nun first,” Guailacela said. “I had to carry her out of the water. It was up to my neck.”
