A woman was killed in Hell’s Kitchen yesterday when a dump truck hit her and the driver allegedly fled, authorities said.

Liu Shu Ying, 69, was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Police later arrested Jack Montelbano, 47, and charged him with leaving the scene of an accident.
