Here we snow again
A mild but widespread winter storm is developing over the Northeast, the second in less than a week for the region.
Forecasters expect the heaviest snowfall, 4 to 8 inches, in southern New England, including Boston and Providence, RI. The snow is expected to start falling Saturday afternoon.
Farther south, New York City and Philadelphia are expected to see a mix of rain and a few inches of snow.
