A Haitian immigrant was shot twice as he stood up to a mugger in Brooklyn — and sent the thug away empty-handed.

Goseph Moise Elisee, 64, was carrying $2,400 from his boss’ East New York dollar store to the bank when he made a stop at a Laundromat at about 7 a.m. Tuesday.

An armed thug barged in and barked, “Get down!”

Elisee grabbed the thug’s face. “I grabbed him and threw him outside.” The perpetrator opened fire.

“I embarrassed him, so he gave me two bullets,” said Elisee, who was at Brookdale Hospital yesterday.

“I am not afraid of nothing — only God,” he said.
