The heartbroken fiancée of the Brooklyn metal worker fatally shot when he tried to chase off two car thieves made a grim trip to the murder scene Wednesday.

“I came to light the candles and just to look at where he took his last breath before I go to identify his body,” said Ivonne Carrasquillo at a makeshift memorial outside the East Williamburg shop where Michael Matusiak, 53, was killed Tuesday.
