Rep. Charles Rangel says he’s not getting a “fair shake” from President Obama.

At a barbecue outside his Lenox Terrace home in Harlem yesterday, the Democrat was asked about the president’s statement that the ethics charges against Rangel were “very troubling” and that the congressman was “at the end of his career.”

Rangel shot back, “I’ve never gotten a fair shake.”

Neighbor Sharon Stacey, 63, said, “Instead of keeping the community in a state of trauma, he should resign.”
