A rabbi was busted in White Plains yesterday for allegedly using a phony police badge and yelling at motorists because they weren’t driving fast enough.

Rabbi Alfredo Borodowski was charged with impersonating a police officer for the second time Wednesday after he berated a woman on a suburban road, cops said.

“That girl was driving too slow,” the rabbi allegedly told police. “I hate when people do this.”

He denied posing as a police officer.

In another case, a driver said that the 49-year-old Borodowski tailgated him in an attempt to make him go faster. “He’s shouting, ‘I’m a police officer. Pull over!’” the driver said. Police are investigating a third complaint in Yonkers.

Borodowski’s lawyer said he suffers from bipolar disorder and recently was hospitalized.
