Two Bronx women ripped off everything from designer duds to gourmet coffee during their upmarket shoplifting spree on the Upper East Side, law-enforcement sources said yesterday.

Sticky-fingered Jackie Farrell, 56 — who has a stunning 41 prior arrests dating back to 1983 — and pal Melanie O’Halloran, 32, swiped fancy merchandise at boutiques along Fifth and Madison avenues, sources said.

The 30-minute caper started at the Hermes store at 691 Madison Ave. at about 2:10 p.m. Saturday, when the two bandits strolled inside and stuffed several items into a nylon tote bag, including a $1,115 Celine purse, a $450 Gucci wallet and a $545 Loro Piana shirt, according to court papers.

The thieves allegedly struck next at Armani at 717 Fifth Ave., where they snatched a $1,595 purse.
