A former high-ranking Bronx cop was cleared Friday of charges that he forced himself on a female cop and sexually assaulted her inside his office.

Former Deputy Inspector Keith Walton, 46, was found not guilty of felony sex abuse and forcible touching in Bronx Criminal Court.

Prosecutors claimed he’d preyed on a female officer in his command, calling her to his office and then grabbing her genital area and placing her hand on his crotch.

Walton — the former commanding officer of the 49th precinct — was stripped of his badge and gun and placed on desk duty following his November 2016 arrest.

The jury is expected back in court Monday to hand in a verdict on official misconduct charges against Walton.

“As we have always maintained, Mr. Walton is not guilty and will continue to fight any and all allegations lodged against him,” Walton’s attorney, Xavier Donaldson, told The Post.
