A married computer specialist at a Bronx high school will never work in city schools again after a probe confirmed he carried on a bizarrely public affair with a female student — even introducing her to his mom, The Post has learned.
Yorkis Martinez, 26, “engaged in sexual intercourse” with the now-graduated student at Bronx Arena HS last year and resigned in December, the Special Commissioner of Investigation reported.
Martinez was found out after the girl confided about the affair to a friend, who then alerted authorities, the SCI’s report said.
The girl told investigators “that she and Martinez engaged in physical petting and kissing in Martinez’s cars” and eventually had sex, the report said.
The school staffer allegedly brought his teen mistress to meet his mother.
Martinez didn’t cooperate with the investigation, but the probe turned up 3,084 contacts with the student on his school-issued cellphone, the report said.
“This behavior was completely unacceptable, and Mr. Martinez resigned and is ineligible for future employment in [Department of Education] schools,” DOE spokeswoman Devora Kaye said.
