Grieving Park Slope mom Gurusurya Kaur Khalsa, 66, told The Post Saturday her son, Hari Simran Singh Khalsa, 25, “loved not just mountains, but high places and looking out.”

In fact, one of his favorite childhood outings was visiting the top of the World Trade Center, she said.

He “did occasionally get lost,” she said, “but he was confident and experienced and he wasn’t fearful . . . He loved being in the wilderness and wasn’t intimidated.”

Khalsa was found dead four days after he disappeared on what was supposed to be a two-hour hike.

Gurusurya said her son and his wife planned to move to Park Slope, where they would move in with his parents and teach at their yoga studio, Kundalini Yoga.
