A hit-and-run driver killed a pedestrian in Queens Thursday night, cops said.

The woman was struck, possibly by a private bus, at Main Street and Kissena Boulevard in Flushing at about 8:30 p.m.

She suffered severe body trauma, and EMTs declared her dead at the scene.

The NYPD’s Collision Investigation Squad was on the scene late into the night.

Witnesses reported that the vehicle may have been a charter bus. The driver was still at large early Friday, said law-enforcement authorities
