A hit and run driver mowed down a bicyclist this morning in Bushwick, authorities said.

The victim, in his 30’s, was riding on George Street near Central Avenue just before 4 a.m. when a 4-door silver sedan struck him and kept going, police said.

The cyclist was rushed to Kings County Hospital where he underwent surgery for a serious head injury, police said. He is listed in serious but stable condition, cops said.
