A hit-and-run SUV driver fatally struck a 69-year-old woman in Midtown early Tuesday – ramming her with such force that both of her shoes flew off, according to cops and surveillance footage.
Espina Bundley, of Richmond Hill, Queens, was struck around 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of East 57th Street and Second Avenue, according to authorities.

The motorist, identified as Bryan Alexis Guashpa Rumipamba, 43, was arrested several hours later.
He was charged with leaving the scene of an accident causing death, failure to yield to a pedestrian and failure to exercise due care, police said.
Rumipamba, of Arverne, Queens, has no previous arrests, according to police.
