The queen of England will join Mayor Bloomberg next week in dedicating the British Garden at Hanover Square, a park in lower Manhattan honoring British citizens who died in the 9/11 attacks.

Bloomberg yesterday said he was looking forward to his first meeting with Queen Elizabeth II, who will be in town to address the UN General Assembly.
