The twin grandsons of a retired NYPD first deputy commissioner have been busted as part of a suspected Staten Island motorcycle-theft ring, The Post has learned.

Salvatore and Nicholas Alessi, 19, allegedly had six high-end motorcycles, including a Honda CBR, a Yamaha R1 and a Ducati, stolen from the streets of Manhattan and Brooklyn, law-enforcement sources said.
