Ralph Esmerian, a fourth-generation jeweler and the one-time sole shareholder of New York’s Fred Leighton Holding Inc., was arrested by federal authorities at his girlfriend’s apartment in Manhattan on Monday, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service said.
