A homeless man splashed a Muslim woman with hot coffee in midtown Sunday afternoon in an apparent hate crime, according to cops.

Nathan Gray, 34, walked into a Dunkin Donuts near Herald Square and accosted the woman — who was wearing a headscarf — at about 2:45 p.m., cops said.

He called her a “terrorist,” threatened to kill her and hurled hot coffee on her.

She was not seriously injured. Gray was arrested and charged with assault as a hate crime, authorities said. He was awaiting arraignment last night.
