A homeless woman was found dead on a bench located on a busy Midtown street on Monday morning, authorities said.

The unidentified woman, in her 50s, was discovered about 9:40 a.m. at the intersection of Broadway and West 38th Street, according to police.

Paramedics arrived and declared her dead on scene.

Police recovered her purse, containing some gloves, a hat and a pen, but no identification, according to sources.

The Medical Examiner’s Office will determine her cause of death.
