A homeless woman apparently froze to death last week in Manhattan — and was found lying on her side in an alleyway, police sources said Wednesday.

The 65-year-old was found unconscious at 2341 12th Avenue in Harlem around 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 8 and later declared dead.

The mercury dipped down to a low of 6 degrees on Sunday. Police believe she froze to death, the sources said.

The medical examiner will officially determine the cause of death.
