A prostitute was found dead from a possible drug overdose inside a Manhattan office building Monday afternoon, police sources said.

The 25-year-old woman had allegedly partied and fooled around with a building worker over the weekend at 224 W. 35th St. in Midtown, sources said.

The victim was discovered lying face down inside Suite 702, police said.

No arrests have been made.

She was pronounced dead at the scene, and the Medical Examiner’s Office will determine her cause of death.
