A White Plains father of a 5-month-old boy yesterday pleaded not guilty to charges that he shot up a Harlem basketball tournament last month, wounding five people — including one who now suffers from limited mobility, prosecutors said.

Ricardo Laing, 24, was indicted on attempted-murder, assault and weapon-possession charges in Manhattan Supreme Court for what DA Cyrus Vance Jr. called the “senseless gun violence” at the annual Entertainers Basketball Classic in Rucker Park on July 25.

Baby mama Natara Morris, in court to show her support for Laing, called him “a loving, caring person.”
