A violent crash left a male passenger and a toddler dead, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to the California Post.
The incident occurred early Sunday morning when a vehicle traveling southbound on Vista Del Mar in Playa Del Rey crossed into the northbound lanes, triggering a two-vehicle collision.

Police are still investigation the incident. ONSCENE TVAuthorities said the cause of the lane crossover remains under investigation, and no further details were immediately available.
The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. in the 6800 block of Vista Del Mar near Culver Boulevard. Responding officers pronounced the front-seat passenger dead at the scene.

The extend of injuries for the survivors is not known.
