A Stevie Nicks fan who paid big bucks to see the Fleetwood Mac songstress perform in Woodstock claims he got more than he bargained for when security guards beat him down for sitting in the wrong seat.

What made the assault even more of a bummer was that a venue employee gave Marc Kurzman and his fiancée permission to sit where they did, according to a federal lawsuit Kurzman filed in Manhattan federal court last week.
