Former Nets star Jayson Williams will be arraigned in his hospital bed today on DWI charges, law-enforcement sources said.

Williams, who broke his neck when he smashed his SUV into a tree early Tuesday, will appear from Bellevue Hospital via a video hookup that will be beamed to Manhattan Criminal Court.

Williams, who faces a manslaughter retrial for killing a limo driver in Jersey, refused to take a Breathalyzer test at the accident scene.
