A Long Island medical center fears that Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are going to kill its patients.

The Southampton Hospital has barred its cardiac-rehab clients from chatting about the presidential election in the gym.

“Due to the fact that we have patients with heart conditions, we cannot allow political debates in the gym,” a sign reads in all-capital letters.

“We were getting a lot of complaints from patients who didn’t want to listen to the debates,” Jessica R. Swiatocha, the manager of cardiopulmonary rehab and wellness services, told the East Hampton Star.

More than half of US adults find the 2016 election a “very or somewhat significant source of stress,” according to the American Psychological Association.
