It’ll be red, white and “ew” this Fourth of July, with heat and humidity expected to drench revelers in sweat.

But at least they won’t have to worry about rain, meteorologists said Tuesday.

Daytime partiers should be prepared for temperatures in the high 80s, that’ll feel more like the mid- to upper-90s because of sun and humidity, said Accuweather Senior Meteorologist Alan Reppert.

In between burgers and beers, “make sure to have protection from the sun and stay hydrated,” Reppert warned.

By the time the fireworks show rolls around — at approximately 9:20 p.m. — it should have cooled down a little with the mercury in the upper 70s.

Expect to get drenched — with water — Friday and into the weekend with some showers and thunderstorms. Though temperatures will stick in the mid- to high-80s.
