Accused psycho-mom Gigi Jordan will be arraigned Tuesday on murder charges in the prescription pill overdose death of her autistic 8-year-old son, a knowledgable court source said this afternoon.

Jordan, 49, is expected to plead not guilty in the Manhattan Supreme Court proceeding via video from Elmhurst Hospital, where she is being held on suicide watch in a jail psychiatric ward.

The proceeding is scheduled for 12:30 p.m., said the source.

The multi-millionaire Jordan — once a high-power pharmaceutical exec — was found babbling and incoherent in her $2,300-a-night 16th floor suite at the Peninsula Hotel last week.

Her son, Jude Mirra, was already dead on a bed in what cops are calling a half-botched murder-suicide.

She has been held without bail at Elmhurst since then.
