Coos and kudos to Isabella and Michael — they were the most popular baby names in New York state last year.

Perennial Empire State favorite Michael was followed by Jayden, Jacob, Ethan and Daniel.

Trailing Isabella were Sophia, Olivia, Emma and Ava, according to the Social Security Administration’s list of top 100 names for both genders.

Isabella was also first place in the nation. Michael scored third, with Jacob taking the top spot.
