A Brooklyn school athletic director exploded at a safety agent yesterday, poking her in the eye and slapping her in the face, cops said.
Marshall Tames, 67, wanted to leave Erasmus HS at around 2 p.m. but the agent didn’t have the key to open the gate, sources said.
The agent said she couldn’t leave to get the key, so Tames allegedly went berserk and attacked her. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Tames was charged with assault.
The Department of Education declined comment.
