Huma Abedin and her young son got out of Dodge on Thursday, less than 24 hours after Anthony Weiner’s latest sexting scandal.

A Toyota Sienna, with TLC plates, pulled in front of Weiner’s building at 1 Irving Place about 9 a.m. to pick up the disgraced pol’s soon-to-be ex-wife Abedin and their 4-year-old son, Jordan Zain Weiner.

They got into the minivan’s back seat, with Jordan on his mom’s lap, before motoring west on 15th Street.

Weiner spent months this year sexting with a 15-year-old girl, the Daily Mail reported on Wednesday. Weiner resigned from Congress, had his mayoral campaign ruined and destroyed his marriage over previous sexting scandals.
