A human skull and bones turned up on the shoreline near Rikers Island on Wednesday, cops said.

Cops made the discovery at about 3:10 p.m. The city medical examiner’s office confirmed that the remains belonged to a human.

No further information was available Wednesday night, and cops are investigating.
