Three people were arrested during a budget protest at Hunter College yesterday.

Public-safety officers picked up Elizabeth Couper, 20 and Alexander Cline, 21 — who are not students — at a building on Park Avenue near East 68th Street after they were caught kicking down barricades, cops said.

They were charged with criminal mischief, trespassing, resisting arrest and holding graffiti instruments, cops said.

A third person, whose name was withheld, was charged with disorderly conduct.
