A Manhattan woman is suing the now-shuttered Times Square Toys ‘R’ Us after she was allegedly hit in the head by an unidentified flying object.

Violet Bowen, 27, was “violently struck on her head by a drone, toy helicopter or similar flying object,” her Manhattan Supreme Court suit states.

The toy was being used by workers from Buzz USA LLC, whose employees demonstrate the flying toys in various chain stores.

Bowen claims she was seriously injured. Her suit against the store and Buzz USA seeks unspecified damages.
