A Manhattan ice-pop peddler wants $1 million in cold hard cash from the city over a botched inspection of her carts and Icees.

Orfelinda Ariza says in court papers she got caught up in the health inspection of a Chinese takeout joint in Harlem last summer because she rents out part of its basement to store her 10 carts and inventory.

As part of the June 11, 2014, inspection, Health Department workers found she allegedly didn’t have the necessary paperwork to serve her frozen treats. Workers issued her a summons and carted off 50 containers of her Icees worth $1,500 and four of her carts.

A city administrative judge later dismissed the violation because the health officials never submitted the required paperwork.

Ariza got her food carts back, but gripes she lost two days’ worth of valuable summer business and the Icees.
