A 68-year-old nursing assistant from Queens is the first winner of New York’s brand-new Cadillac & Cash scratch-off lottery game — which gives players the chance to take home a 2014 CTS Sedan and up to $500,000 in cash.

She accepted her new ride at Resorts World Casino on Friday.

“It’s a lot of car,” Hollis resident Nowatee Singh told The Post.

The mother of two and grandmother of 11 originally from Guyana said she first fell in love with the car when she spotted a picture of it on a ticket for the new game.
