A Long Island couple claims their shot at getting pregnant was ­ruined by a bad batch of fertility drugs.

Angela and Daniel Lauruska, of Holtsville, spent $20,000 to $30,000 on in-vitro fertilization and “thousands of dollars out-of-pocket” on injections of Bravelle, a drug meant to boost ovulation in women, according to a federal lawsuit the couple filed last week.

But the drug didn’t work, and the husband and wife say they can’t ­afford another round of IVF.

“Neither round of treatment was effective and Ms. Lauruska did not become pregnant,” according to the Brooklyn federal court lawsuit, which claims the procedure was “doomed to failure by impotent lots of Bravelle.”

The drug is no longer available in the United States.
