The gun-toting fool who ruined a ritzy Waldorf Astoria wedding last summer isn’t done paying for his notorious gaffe — he’s now being sued by an injured wedding guest.

Theresa Espinoza says she was hurt by the klutzy antics of a drunken Vladimir Gotlibovsky when his gun went off in his pocket, wounding her and three others at the $750,000 black tie affair in June.

Espinoza was one of four people injured when the .9mm Ruger went off, shattering the marble floor at the historic hotel and ricocheting into the crowd of revelers.

Her lawyer, Alan Chorne, said she was hit in the leg.

Gotlibovsky has already been sued by bride Anna Goldshmidt and indicted on felony charges of criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with evidence.

Gotlibovsky and his lawyer, Arthur Gershfeld, declined comment.

Surveillance video shows the moment Gotlibovsky’s gun appears to accidentally go off in his pocket:
