An Indonesian national vanished from a Marriott Hotel in Midtown — but was later found safe on Friday at a city hospital, police said.

Isak Parlinggoman, 44, is at Bellevue Hospital Center, where he is being evaluated after going missing days earlier, cops said.

Parlinggoman was last seen around 2 a.m. Tuesday leaving his room at the Marriott on Lexington Avenue near East 49th Street, cops said Wednesday night.

He did not have ID on him when he left, police sources said

A member of the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia told police that Parlinggoman had left the hotel and not returned — and then missed a flight out of the Big Apple.

Parlinggoman, who has a history of depression, is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation at the hospital, cops said.

A representative from the Indonesian Consulate could not be reached for comment, despite several attempts.
