An “unruly” horse bolted during a guided trail ride and threw a 46-year-old Forest Hills pharmacist, breaking her arm, charges a lawsuit filed last month in Queens civil court.

“They put her on an unruly horse . . . and insisted she stay on,” Laurie Koffler’s lawyer, Joel Schwitzer, said of the May 2008 incident at Forest Park.

There was no answer at the number listed for the Forest Equine Center, which owns the gelding.
