He really flipped out.

A video clip, which was shot inside Brooklyn Central Booking and provided to The Post by a source, shows a police officer drop off a hoodie-wearing inmate in a shared holding cell before summoning another of the cell’s occupants to transfer out.

The hooded hoodlum then saunters over to a guy sitting on the cell’s lone bench and briefly jabbers with the man.

The seated man can then be seen getting up and wildly gesticulating at the hooded man, who slips into his seat.

“He had his seat taken but he wants to save face,” one person can be heard commenting.

Meanwhile, the officer strolls out with the third inmate and does his best to ignore the escalating situation.

Law enforcement professionals who reviewed the video can be heard laughing at the guard and mocking him for apparently ignoring the obvious tension inside the cell.

A moment after the guard leaves the frame, the formerly seated inmate starts swinging on the hooded man.

But he only gets two punches in before the hooded man appears to lift him up, flip him overhead and hurl him to the floor before kicking him once and then calmly sitting back down.
