The jailbird bailed out by Kerry Kennedy under her charity’s plan to spring teens and women from city jails has been arrested for theft five times, according to law-enforcement sources and court records.

Maria Pizarro was cuffed in June for allegedly breaking into a Staten Island home and trying to walk out with jewelry, electronics and knives after the homeowner caught her, according to the sources.

When cops showed up, Pizarro allegedly tried to run. She has nine arrests, court records show.

On Monday, Kennedy provided $25,000 from her Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights foundation to bail out Pizarro.

The charity plans to spend $5 million to free hundreds of women and 16- and 17-year-olds from city lockups, regardless of their charges or criminal histories.
