An accused killer has sued the city, claiming he was permanently injured at Rikers Island after slipping on a “dangerous puddle.”

Hashani Forrester, 33, of Queens, who faces a murder rap for allegedly gunning down his girlfriend’s ex-husband in 2013, claims jail staff failed to fix a leak that caused the wet floor.

The suit, filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court, seeks unspecified damages. The city Law Department said it would review it.
