Two innocent teenagers were shot and injured when a pair of gunmen aiming for someone else opened fire on a packed deli blocks from the Brooklyn Museum on Wednesday morning, cops and witnesses said.

The senseless violence took place just after 9:30 a.m. on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights — leaving the two bystanders, a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy, with gunshot wounds, cops said.

The girl was struck in the right leg and the boy was hit in the left arm, according to police. Both were taken to Kings County Hospital and were expected to recover.

Cops believe at least five shots were fired, though investigators were continuing to search the area for shell casings.

The shooters ran off, going east on Eastern Parkway, cops said.

The kids were among more than a dozen others inside the deli when the shots rang out.

“There were a lot of kids in here this morning buying sandwiches,” said deli worker Adnan Ahmed. “When we heard the shots, everyone ran to the back, where two of them got shot.”

“All of the kids come to this deli … sometimes they get into arguments but like regular, no shootings,” said the worker, adding he was “shocked” by the unprovoked violence.

“Inside the store, there was no argument, no nothing,” he said.

Two of the bullets struck the counter, leaving holes in the gum display in front.

Elaine Antrobus, 44, who works across the street from the deli, said a lot of school kids were in the area at the time.

“I heard like two firecracker sounds and people started scattering, right and left,” said Antrobus.

“It was chaotic. Nobody knew which way to run,” Antrobus said.

The gun violence was one of just five shootings this year, which is slightly down from last year, when there were seven as of Sunday, NYPD data shows.
