The founder of the popular Dough doughnut shops is hoarding all the profits from the company at her original Bedford-Stuyvesant location at the expense of the business’ expansion, investors charge in a $5 million lawsuit.

Fany Gerson started Dough — known for such unusual flavor combinations as tropical chili and hibiscus with cacao nibs — in Brooklyn in 2010.

Three years later, she sought out investors Steven Klein and Jeffrey Zipes to grow the company.

Klein and Zipes poured $650,000 into Dough to open new gourmet doughnut and coffee shops in Manhattan, but Gerson and other business partners are refusing to fork over promised profits to the investors, the Manhattan Supreme Court suit claims.

The founders “are having seller’s remorse,” said the investors’ attorney, Steven Schlesinger.

Gerson and her partners refuted the claims.

“Our priority has and always will be our customers,” they said.
