An Italian cosmetics exec convicted of embezzling millions from his Milan-based company used some of the ill-gotten gains to buy a stunning Central Park West apartment, court papers say.

Piofrancesco Borghetti, 60, was convicted in 2014 and has been in custody in Italy since December.

While Italian authorities were going after Borghetti in court, he put the three-bedroom, 3¹/₂-bath apartment with 11-foot ceilings on the market for $27.75 million, according to reports.

When it failed to sell, Borghetti listed the 2,761-square-foot home, which includes a library and sweeping park views, for rent at $45,000 a month.

Limoni and another company hurt in the scheme, Castinghome GMBH, are seeking a combined $6.6 million in judgments against Borghetti in New York.
