A Chelsea optician is suing his co-op landlord, claiming an upstairs neighbor is “harboring pigeons” whose vile odor seeps through the air ducts and stinks up the store.

“I don’t want to be the optical shop that smells like bird,” griped Teddy Santis, co-owner of Tina Catherine Eye Wear and Opticians at 188-90 Eighth Ave.

The Health Department has issued two warnings to a neighbor about the smell.
