These two former cheerleaders were jumping for joy Sunday over the day’s beautiful sunny skies, but they aren’t likely to have such a rah-rah feeling later in the week.

Amanda Power, 28, and her sister Jessica, 24, took full advantage of the temperatures in the 80s in Central Park.

But weather experts expect the mercury will continue to rise through the week and it’ll soon become hot and muggy.

“It’ll be building a few degrees every day,” said AccuWeather senior meteorologist David Samuhel. “It’ll really start to really get hot and humid on Wednesday.”

Thursday and Friday could get as blistering as 91 degrees, accompanied by possible thunderstorms.
